Q. Did the programme meet your expectations and if so how?

A. Yes, it helped with identifying customer needs and expectations. It also allowed you to look at preparing and getting the pitch right. We identified how to overcome problems/difficulties and methods of closing sales.

Q. What impact have you seen on yourself?

A. I think more about the timings of my calls - i.e. to ensure I’m focused and not in one of those negative moods when making a sales call. I also try to retrieve additional information by using different questioning techniques - saving time and also allows us to identify potential areas of growth. It has increased my confidence with making phone calls and allows you to think more about the necessary preparation.

A. Yes!

A. No - all good.
