Darrington Training believes and teaches that people development is the key to a successful and growing business. It is a waste of time and money to train people in new skills when they are not given the resources or follow up to continue to use their new knowledge. To hope that they will make an impact on your business is not an effective business strategy!

Much research shows that following a course an individual will lose more than 75% of that knowledge. If they have a follow up review or action plan they will retain more than 75% of that knowledge.
